Physical-Mechanical Tests for Construction Solutions, Products and Components

The Construction Physics laboratory verifies the physical-mechanical behavior of construction solutions and is equipped to carry out tests aimed at obtaining the CE marking and tests aimed at characterizing products or components not subject to CE marking.

The Laboratory has two semi-reverberant acoustic chambers for measurements relating to sound absorption and aerial acoustic insulation of products related to the world of construction and not.

CSI operates as a Notified Body for the purposes of CE Marking of products falling within the scope of the European Directives and based on Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011, better known as the Construction Product Regulation (CPR - Construction Product Regulation) .
